Anyone actually interested in their local school - the school that my kids will probably be going to?? I am but can find out very little apart from dry statistics and they do not always tell the full story. Kids are very arty and so like thye idea of the arts specialist school thing.
Can anyone tell me anything at all?

That logo is about as naff, as the idea to change the house names, Bring back Romney White and Oldham!!!! Only thing that school needs to change is the outdated head teacher who would rather spend cash on ponsey extensions to the school than the kids education. With the sixth form gone is there anything left to attract parents to sent there pupils to the school, the only thing attracting people now is the slowly fading shine of EDs head.

Ex-Tetbury Grammar School pupil C. 1940's. do none of my fellow students ever look at Tetbury Online Message Board ? Are they not proud of their old school ? Not a Latin scholar in the old days, but the word some one out there thinks is cheese means several things , all related, but I think the best is " Staff or badge of Knowledge" I think the proposed logo looks like a crumpled chocolate bar wrapper that the designer has noticed among other rubbish in the school ground's. Tell me am I right. Keep the Dolphins.

At last, an answer! Thanks for clearing up the cheese mystery Cliff.
I emailed SWRS back in March asking them to clarify what the Latin motto meant, and I guess they're very busy because I'm still waiting for a reply. But now I need check my inbox no longer, as you have kindly provided the answer.
I have to say I'm disappointed though, I really was hoping that it had something to do with cheese.
