Flooding

Hi,

Potentially looking at relocating to Tetbury. I would be greatful if someone could advise:-

1) What is the traffic throughput like through the town - i.e. what are the busiest parts of town and does it get congested & polluted at times?
2) Are there any concerns about flooding in Tetbury given Glos has been hit bad over the past few years?

Hello, there are no particular bottlenecks in Tetbury. Traffic flows fairly well at all times. Occasionally Long Street gets difficult if 2 lorries try to pass and inconsiderate people have parked where they shouldn't! Congestion really only happens when the Badminton Horse Trials are on as we are on the direct route. Even this is only for a short time.
A couple of individual properties have flooded in Tetbury and the Ford becomes impassable. Other than that there are a few roads which become difficult - the road to Doughton being one. It only causes temporary problems and soon clears.
