Being a resident, I rarely have to use the public toilets next to the Chipping car park.
But yesterday I noticed they're really quite disgusting - not the best way to attract the coach-loads of visitors to the town. I'm told by a friend the ladies' are just as bad as the mens'.
Who is supposed to clean them, and how often?
